End-user license agreement

This agreement governs authorized use of EmerMD Dashboard, operated by Jason J Emer MD PC.

Effective September 22, 2026. By using the staff application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

License and authorized use

The practice grants approved users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Dashboard for authorized practice operations while their access remains active. This does not transfer ownership of the software or give a user rights to another company’s or person’s information.

Use your own approved account. Protect your sign-in information, follow practice access policies and report suspected unauthorized access to itadmin@jasonemermd.com. Do not share credentials, bypass access controls, attempt to access unauthorized data, disrupt the service or use information for purposes outside your assigned responsibilities.

Connected services and financial information

Only a person authorized by the practice may connect a company account. Each provider’s terms continue to apply. Provider authorization may be limited or revoked, and available history and update frequency depend on the provider.

The financial integration reads and presents authorized source records. It does not initiate payments, transfer funds, approve bills or change accounting records. A processor capture is not an accounting posting or proof of settled cash. Review source evidence, dates, coverage and reconciliation exceptions before relying on a report.

Availability and responsibility

The Dashboard can be delayed or unavailable, and source records may be incomplete, corrected or disputed. Staff remain responsible for reviewing relevant source systems and following the practice’s accounting and operational procedures. The Dashboard does not replace professional accounting, tax, legal or clinical judgment.

Privacy, access changes and termination

Information handling is described in the privacy policy. The practice may suspend or end access when a user’s authorization ends or when needed to protect the service and its data. On termination, stop using the Dashboard and handling its records except as separately authorized by the practice.

Disconnecting a financial source ends future authorized reads after revocation takes effect. Previously imported records may remain for reporting, audit and recordkeeping; disconnection does not delete records in the source platform.
